Mr. Saif Sulaiman Al Yarabi serves as the Chief Financial Officer of Kerzner International Limited headquartered in Dubai, U.A.E., a company that manages and promotes luxury hotels and resorts globally. Previously he held a position as the Chief Operating Officer of Alizz Islamic Bank in Oman, the second fully fledged Islamic Bank, offering a comprehensive suite of Sharia-compliant banking solutions.
Mr. Al Yarabi is an Omani national. He started his career with the Ministry of Defense in Oman in the early 1990s, and then moved to Dubai in 2000 to join Ernst & Young as an auditor. He left Ernst & Young as an Executive Manager in January 2008 to join ICD as Finance Director.
He is a Fellow Certified Chartered Accountant (FCCA) from the UK, and has over 23 years of experience covering mainly Finance, Treasury, Governance, Audit and Risk.
He also currently serves as a Board Member and Audit Committee Chairman in Deyaar Development PJSC, Board Member, and Chairman of the Risk, Compliance & Audit Committee and Member of the Remuneration Committee in National Bonds
